You're right, it looks like a bomb has hit the site. Yes, it's a tip and definitely not for the fainthearted. Can this piece of history, a 1903 Victorian villa which withstood the 1931 earthquake be restored to its former glory? Are you brave enough to take on this massive project?? The zoning is perfect being just 2 blocks from the city centre, 3 minutes walk to NGHS and the view,.... there's sea for miles. Remember those good old sayings 'there's always light at the end of the tunnel" or "every cloud has a silver lining".
